My iPhone X all of a sudden show words when the phone rings mainly “wireless caller” for majority of the calls. That is not cool at all as it’s a gamble answering since I can’t see the number. This happened recently after getting a new phone after mine had issues. How do I resolve?

Thanks @madhufromjamshedpur however I don’t need an app. I need the number to show when the phone is ringing. It’s people who number I know that aren’t saved in my phone persay. They aren’t blocking their call it just says wireless call on my screen when it’s ringing. Once they hang up I can go to the i next to the call can see the number but the name is still wireless call.
