I recently used my telephone bill to purchase an item in an Appstore game Mobile legends and I was taxed but I do not have this tax in my purchase history and the game do not send me the item because I cannot send them a screenshot to show them that I have payed. What should I do?

If the purchase was successful it will, or should, show on the account's purchase history and you should get an emailed receipt for it. If you are sure it was successful it should show on http://reportaproblem.apple.com or you can try http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
It might just be a : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
If it doesn't disappear within a dew days try contacting iTunes Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww and see if they can see what happened

However I have been taxed through my phone operator Telenor BG and the money have been added to my month phone bill. I asked the support of the Mobile Legends game what to do and they want an receipt but I can not send them. I am afraid my money had gone to the wind. :(((
