macOS Mojave: "Are you sure you want to delete" confirmation

Dear Apple Community,

How to solve this problem?

Every time I try to move a file to trash

(right click > Move to Trash or hotkey Command + Del)

confirmation window appears:

In fact, I no longer have the ability to send files to the trash.

How to solve this bug?

Thanks in advance.

Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on solving Trash issues. You can also try using Trash It! to fix the problem. Or you can try this:

Open the Terminal in the Utilities' folder and paste the following at the prompt:

    sudo rm -Rf ~/.Trash

^ ^ ^ these are spaces

Press RETURN. Enter your admin password when prompted. It will not echo to the screen. Press RETURN again.

Thank you, Kappy!

sudo rm -Rf ~/.Trash

By the way, why Apple devs don't fix this bug?

Every time I install new Mojave updates, the bug comes back.

No. If the SSD were failing then you would not be able to fix the problem. Unlike HDDs, it's chip failure in the SSD then it stops working altogether. From all that you posted I don't think the SSD failed. Easiest way to find out is to boot from the Recovery HD, open Disk Utility, and run First Aid.
