sending web page link to facebook messenger on a IphoneXSMax error

I upgraded my iPhone XS to the latest IOS 12.1.4 (16D57) update. Now I cant send any page links through any browser including safari to send web page link to my facebook friends on messenger. Gives me error message every time I try to send it. My old iPhone has ios 12.1.1 which I have no problems sending web page link to my friends to facebook messenger. The error message tells me to update the app which is already updated so im thinking it has something to do with the IOS 12.1.4 update because I have know problem with my old iPhone 7 that has IOS 12.1.1 which everything like my apps are updated. please apple fix this issue??????? hope this is not because you block facebook from the iphones and hope it a glitch in the software....????
