My In-App Purchases are not allowed when I try and make an In-App Purchase. Though it is all enabled in my settings. My apple credit has money so it is a settings problem.

Update to 12.1.4 now.
app store in my iPhone isn’t setup and I try and try but isn’t setup app store.my hole data is loss by upgrade to 12.1.3
Try this in ScreenTime:
Disallow In-App Purchases
Restart your iPX
Allow In-App Purchases again. Then test it.
