need help with downloading apps from the Mac store .
I called Apple and they said I have to erase my Mac to fix this. Then I pointed out how many other people have been experiencing this issue recently (by pointing them to this thread) and they transferred me to a senior advisor who helped me fix this issue by doing the following:

Not only that , I even tried the iCloud stuff and even the plist and all those to go to folder thing and delete cache... none of them worked , then I call the service centre , they gave me the solution ...

the operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.commerce.client error 500.). i cant login app store and when i try to download app , this error shows.
