visual voicemail is currently unavailable. call voicemail.
problem is i am not even getting any notifications when there is a new message. have tried contacting sprint and Apple and no success, reset both network and software and still no luck. any one can help.
please note my voicemail box is set up but not getting any notifications

You will not get notifications if Visual Voicemail is disabled. And only your carrier can enable it. Note that VVM requires a cellular data connection, so if you have cellular data off it won't work.
