Albums missing from recently added

I went to play through my recently added music this morning and for some reason the albums I downloaded the other day now don’t appear in my recently added list. It’s seems to only list music added singularly and cds, but not albums.

Which is is a pain because I now need to go into the albums folder, scroll through to find the album I want which is just annoying. It wasn’t like this yesterday, what went wrong??

Hello Needhelp64,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand you don't see the recently added albums listed in the same section. I can help with this.

There are a couple of steps you can try to get your device to recognize the new music. Check to see if the music shows up after each step taken.

1.) Quit the Music app by swiping from the bottom of the screen to the middle and then swiping up on the Music app.

2.) Restart your iPhone.

3.) Sign out and back in to Settings > iTunes & App Store.

4.) Turn iCloud Music Library back on, if you are an Apple Music subscriber.

Take care.
