Hello Sir/Madam,
I don't have "True Tone" option on my iphone 8 plus, I've updated ios to 12.1.4 which is the newest, also I did "Reset All Setting" and "Reset All Content and Setting" but I don't have it yet.
Please guid me if it is possible to appear.

Open the Settings application. Navigate to Display & Brightness. Toggle True Tone on to enable the feature. If the option is not there, back up the data and then erase the iPhone. If the issue persists after restoring from a backup, set up the device as new. Has the device had any hardware replaced?

I did every thing that you told this morning. But there is not yet this option.
I bought this iphone as a used but I ask the seller that did you replaced the display? He answered me no at all.
