BootCamp Assistant Crashes on "continue"

I'm unable to pass the first screen of BootCamp Assistant here. I am running the latest 10.14.13 build and just reinstalled the OS itself.

I am attaching the results of "diskutil apfs list" and "diskutil list" in the hopes that they make more sense to someone else. I understand this may be due to some APFS container matter.

So far I have ran the FIRST AID in Disk Utility.app, cleared the SMC and NVRAM as well.

A destructive resolution where I reinstall everything is perfectly acceptable too!
