Siri is not turned on and touch screen is not working has 3 white lines from top to bottom of screen on right hand side. Is still receiving messages and notifications etc but I can’t unlock it any ideas? Not backed up either.

Thanks Limnos saves me wasting time searching for solution. I got told to unlock it with Siri but that’s impossible if Siri is not on to let me ask lol.
By any means, there's literally no way to bypass Passcode. Even FBI has problems doing that.
Only option is to restart your iPhone in Recovery Mode > Connect with iTunes > Restore your device as completely new.
As you mentioned you don't have backup, prepare yourself to lose all your data. There's nothing you can do about it.
