Recovery Mode doesn't work properly

I have a problem. When i was trying to let my iPhone to go into the dfu mode and restore IOS, iTunes crashed and it generated a dmp file. Now my phone is unusable and it tells me to connect iTunes but it crashed everytime when i want to restore it. My iTunes version is 12.9.3.3. Thanks a lot!
