NO SIM

My phone says NO SIM in top left corner, what do I do to fix this, unable to send or received texts

Install a working SIM in your phone. If you have one in it, and removing and re-inserting it doesn't fix it, get a replacement SIM from your carrier. If that doesn't fix it either, make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store.

Take out your SIM card. Then turn off the phone. Turn back on. Then clean wipe the sim and reinsert
