deleting "active" cellular plan

I canceled a self-renewing T-Mobile account on my iPad and installed a Verizon SIM. The Verizon account seems to be working, but under "cellular plans" T-Mobile still shows up labeled "active". My account is in fact not active any more — I've checked. But I can't seem to delete the T-Mobile "active" indication.

I have tried "Remove All Cellular Data Plans", "Subscriber Services", and "Resent Network Settings" from the General>Reset menu, but nothing changes. Can anyone help?

Thanks for attaching the screenshot.

You say "it hasn't worked". I wonder what that means.

Do you say that because you still see the T-Mobile account and it says "Active"? That seems like it would be OK, and you can ignore it for now.

Do you have some positive evidence your iPad is not using the Verizon account?

Assuming you have no evidence your iPad is not using the Verizon account (note the double negative), and you're just annoyed by still seeing the T-Mobile plan showing as "Active", then you might accept this for a while ... and if it persists, force restart the iPad by holding the home and on/off buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears (assuming your iPad has a home button).
