Reminder app not working properly

Hello?

The reminder app it is not working on my iPhone XS. I set an reminder with an alarm and in 3-4 seconds disappears the alarm and remain only the text. It is quite annoying giving the situation that I was using the app on my privious iPhone and I had no problems as this.

Please help me with a solution. I also have tried to restart the phone, to reinstall the app (several times), set the iCloud on and off (I am not using iCloud) and nothing worked. I still have the same problem.
