Jio eSIM not working

Hi.i recently updated my iPhone XS to iOS 12.1.4 and my jio eSIM mobile data doesn’t work properly.there is intermittent loss of signals and data speed is about 0.1mbps, however I am not facing any problem if I use physical sim of Vodafone.the data speed is also good on physical sim.i have performed all basic troubleshooting including updating carriers updates and resetting network settings, but it just won’t work.is it hard problem??
