I have an iPhone XS Max and I can’t receive verification codes from my bank or other institutions. I receive regular text messages from people. It is only the short numerical messages that I don’t receive. Any suggestions?

Settings > Message > Unknown & Spam > Filter Unknown Senders [Disable]

I don’t have that option in my message settings. And it is not in the unknown senders section.
