Hey, Recently I have some trouble with my iPhone X. when I push 3D Touch on the left bottom side of the screen - the green line appears. I have tried to update the IOS version, but unfortunately no luck. Is it warranty case

I would take it in to the nearest Apple Store, from what others have reported it could be a screen failure or connector/ribbon cable damage, either way it will require Apple to rectify.
It you want to make sure it’s not software you could try a Restore as New using iTunes, but I suspect that will not do anything to resolve what I believe is an hardware problem.
