Removing driver from installations

I tried to install a D-Link Ethernet Adapter three times. It didn't work, three times. I used the uninstaller that came with it, three times. Now, the driver software is still showing in the "Installations" section of the Mac System Report. It doesn't seem to be doing anything bad, but I would like to know how to get rid of it.

I have tried looking for files in all the usual locations* (and deleted any I found), but the drivers are still showing up in the installations list.

/System/Library/Components/

/System/Library/Extensions/

/System/Library/LaunchAgents/ (below the huge list of com.apple.xxx entries)

/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/ (below the huge list of com.apple.xxx entries)

/Library/Extensions/

/Library/Frameworks/

/Library/LaunchAgents/

/Library/LaunchDaemons/

/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/

/Library/StartupItems/*I've looked here:

Thanks for any help

That is a record of all software installations that have ever been performed on that Mac. It is no indication of anything that remains installed.
