Removing driver from installations

I tried to install a D-Link Ethernet Adapter three times. It didn't work, three times. I used the uninstaller that came with it, three times. I have tried looking for files in all the usual locations* (and deleted any I found), but the drivers are still showing up in the installations list.

/Library/Frameworks/

/Library/LaunchDaemons/

/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/

/Library/StartupItems/*I've looked here:

Thanks for any help
