XR crackling/static sound and freezing

2 day old 128gb XR and it seems to be a bad model... never had this on a iPhone before... My old 7+ never had these problems! - it is constantly freezing / lagging (despite factory restore), and speaker crackles / static sound on playing youtube videos..... even with soft reboots!!

Not off to a good start and not impressed! - will exchange and hope the replacement works!!! - perhaps I was just unlucky!

Anyone else had these problems... is there a bad batch out there... ? - I am hoping a replacement will resolve these issues.. Thanks

Turns out my one was a bad one! - apple tested it and diagnostics failed on speaker. They replaced the phone under warranty and the replacement is fine, also no longer freezes! - if anyone else has similar symptoms I would recommend a Genius Bar appointment . Thanks
