It became available since I replied to the original post..

My iPhone running 12.1.2 is asking to download and install iOS 12.1.4. Is that a glitch or is it now available for download? Attempts to accept the upgrade produce the error message, “An error occurred downloading iOS 12.1.4”. No further information.

I'm getting this message after downloading but not installing. Also, my phone has stopped ringing. The settings are all telling it to ring but maybe I'm missing one?
