Hi I had exactly the same problem and the same stupid response on the Community - I did not forget my password (do people even read the description of the problem?!)
If anyone else sees this - don't bother with Community responses. I Contacted Support directly. A great guy explained on chat that it is a really unusual error and he had not seen it before - he sought senior team leader assistance - it took them a while, and they didn't really explain what the problem was but the solution is simple :
- backup the phone
- Check for software updates and update
If you don't have any outstanding updates waiting then I'm sorry I can't help you !
