when i have my phone connected to my cars handsfree and someone rings me it rings through the hands free system for a few seconds then diverts back to the phone which i cannot answer because i cannot hear anyone, if i dial out when connected i get an option popping up asking if i want to use my handsfree or iphone speaker, this works fine but no option for incoming calls ?

Check your settings for your car Bluetooth connection. Make sure your phone is updated 12.1.4 currently. As the issue could be with your car system needs updates. Do use CarPlay?

hi, phone is updated to latest version and so is the car stereo, works fine with apple car play but just not the bluetooth, it worked perfect with my iphone x before i upgraded to this iphone xs max
