Apple TV - apps load to white screen

I've got 2 apps on my Apple TV that load to white screens after an update 3 weeks ago. Apple support can't figure it out. It happens to Bravo & E! (yes, super essential TV!) which are by the same Universal NBC - however, my other friends can play these apps without problem.

I've reset, factory reset, removed apps, re-installed,, purchased new 'free" app, signed out, signed back in; nothing seems to fix this.
