Noggin channel in Apple TV app broken

I purchased a subscription through Apple TV and about half of the shows in the noggin channel don’t work. This seems to be an Apple TV issue because it’s a UI bug where none of the HI elements load and you just sit at a title image below this image there’s supposed to be season/episode buttons etc and they were all there until I actually subscribed to the channel. This is not a Samsung problem and my tv is up to date, reinstalled the Apple TV app, signed out and back in etc...
