I recently bought a Samsung smart TV and am using the Noggin channel on the Apple TV app. All other shows load fine but Paw Patrol which my toddler loves. I contacted Noggin and they said to come to Apple support. Has this ever happened to anyone else? It’s just stuck on the screen below.

Do you experience the same behavior if you uninstall and reinstall the Apple TV app?
We'd also recommend that the TV software and firmware are up to date as well. You can check your Samsung TV user guide for instructions.

We understand that your son isn't able to watch Paw Patrol via the Apple TV app on your Samsung TV. It doesn't appear that your photo came through. Can you tell us what you see on the screen specifically? Do you see an alert? If so, what message do you see?

Experiencing the same thing but with multiple shows including paw patrol, bubble guppies, shimmer and shine. Started after we purchased a new episode of bubble guppies. Start up screen comes on but won’t load episodes to view or purchase
Same here. Was on hold with apple for an hour before I hung up. Before that I was referred to three “senior “ advisors that asked me the same stupid stuff. Tried talking to Samsung about it they couldn’t figure it out either. Ready to just cancel the subscription and apple with it
