I signed up for the free 2 week YouTube tv trial and they charged me the full month price on the day I started the trial. There does not seem to be a way to contact anyone. Except maybe the Better Business Bureau. Guess I will try that.

If it shows as a paid-for purchase on the account's purchase history (e.g. it isn't just a : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support) you can contact iTunes Support via your purchase history, or http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support etc.
