Charged money even though i clicked "cancel"

I wanted a free 7-days trial on apple tv but they wanted 25zł, so I rejected it and finally didn't buy it but they still charged my money how can I get I back?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Else it might renew for another billing cycle. How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Signing up for a subscription will ask for a payment method for after the free trial period, but you shouldn’t be charged until after the trial period, or not at all if you cancel in time. You wouldn’t be charged for this subscription if you never completed the signup.

If you had enjoyed a trial period before, then you can’t get a second trial period, and billing would start immediately.


If Apple charged you for anything, then you would have received an invoice by email.

If Apple charged you for anything, then it would be specified in your purchase history.

If you have an active subscription for which you payed, then it will be listed in your subscriptions overview.


If you see 'apple.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support

See you subscriptions overview - Apple


If nothing is specified for your Apple ID account, then you may want to contact your mobile phone service provider about the added charge.
