My iTunes won't let me download movies I've purchased. However, my account settings does not have a authorization link. How do I change this?

My account settings does not have a link to change authorization so that I can download my digital movie and view it on my Mac.

See Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support. Does this method not work for you? Are you signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchases? Typically unhidden and undownloaded past purchases would display with a cloud symbol in iTunes.
