Unable to connect to cellular network

Hi, I’m using XR. A week ago I was travelling and taking pictures & videos in the Arctic Circle area.

But after 2 days being in the really cold weather, my XR couldn’t get connected with the local network. I could only get online when WiFi is available. Then I exchanged my data sim card(for travelling) with my friend. My data card worked normally in his cell phone. But his card didn’t work in my XR. I’ve returned to my own country already and this problem continues with my original cellular SIM card. What should I do now?
