How can I forward a large batch of emails in Apple Mail?

HI - I need to send all the emails to and from one person to create a history/background for a third person. It's easy to search, find and select them all but I don't see how to batch save them so that I can forward to him.

Right now my Mac (running Mojave) is exporting them (50+ emails) as a PDF but has been "generating content for PDF" for 30 minutes. Is there another way to send these emails in one file, rather than sending them all one by one?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, there are 819! I found two possible solutions. One is to Select All and then export them. Ostensibly, this would create a mailbox the recipient could open in Apple Mail. Sadly again, my recipient uses a PC, so I'm trying Option 2 which is to finish off my lengthy export of them all as PDFs. My fear is that that will create a gi-normous set of PDFs.

Thanks!

Hello, Paul,

It won't be one file, but have you tried one of these options:

1 Select a group of messages then Forward them to you your Contact.

or

2 Select a group of messages

Create a new message to your Contact, compose your message,

go to Edit menu, select Append Selected Messages, your selected group should appear within the body of your email, then send off.
