move goal

does the move goal automatically change at some point?

Hi,

and thanks for posting.


So, when exercising or doing your daily activities, you work up to making your move goal. At the end of the week, you will get a notification that says how many times you met your move goal.


At the bottom of the notification, there will be a recommendation of what the watch thinks your move goal should be. You can either dismiss the notification, or you can change your move goal to what it says.


I do not think that the watch will change your move goal unless you authorize it to.
