Scheduling a Homekit Thermostat

Have a new iDevices thermostat that can be scheduled using the Home App. Is there a way to create a schedule for heating and a separate schedule for cooling like my old programmable thermostat?

What I really want to do is schedule the dead-band. the device out of the box has a 10° dead-band, but that's not suitable. It would look like:

10:00 p.m.: Heat 65, Cool 80.

6:00 a.m.: Heat 68, Cool 78.

9:00 a.m., if nobody is home: Heat 65, Cool 80

Between 3:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m., when the first person arrives: Heat 68, Cool 78.
