Phone and Message complications not showing on screen

Hi, I got an Apple Watch 4. I use Infograph face. I wanted to change the complications and from Watch App on my iPhone I added Phone complication in Top Left and Messages in sub dial left.

then i click on Setup as current watch face.

but when I open the watch these two complications are not showing up.

when I pressure click on the watch and want to customize the face it shows that these two spots are off...

how can it be fixed?
