Apple jobs portal not letting me submit application

I'm trying to resubmit an application for a position on the Apple jobs portal. Upon clicking the resubmit button, it redirects back to the job description and won't let me move onto the next step of reconfirming information and truly submitting the application. I don't even get an email confirmation (which usually comes through when you properly submit the application). Any ideas on how to fix it?

I've tried erasing cookies on both Chrome and Safari but it still does the same thing. Any help is appreciated.

OK.

Dual path.


The first one, you will likely need to ask for a supervisor VERY early on... the 1st level specialists are trained to parrot solutions from scripts found in their knowledge base - your issue is NOT in their KB


The 2nd is merely a reporting function - they may not (probably won't) respond - BUT - be sure to tell a very thorough story so that they can replicate YOUR issue, not just try it with their own setup

I'm resubmitting the application because I've already applied for this position before (a retail position) and I'm just trying to submit to another location. I have applied more than once before so I know that's not an issue. But here's a step-by-step:


  1. Go onto jobs.apple.com
  2. Login using Apple ID
  3. Click the search button at the top right
  4. Scroll down to position of interest (Retail Specialist, Expert, etc.)
  5. Job description (https://jobs.apple.com/en-us/details/114438158/us-specialist)
  6. Click blue resubmit button that is shown on my screen (resubmit button is shown as I have already submitted an application before)


This is the point I would be able to confirm the application and location I'm submitting to, but that screen doesn't come up and instead redirects back to the job description page. Like I said, I tried erasing cookies and using different browsers but it still doesn't work. I don't really have another point of contact either.
