Anker Soundcore spirit pro sound quality

Hi, I'm having issues with the sound quality when using my bluetooth headset (Soundcore Spirit Pro) in a call using HangOut. The codec that is always selected is the one with the lowest quality. When using Spotify, I get the best codec, but I'm unable to solve this issue and I'm trying to use them at work on calls.

I have made some research and followed the solutions I've found related to the use of bluetooth explorer and switching values, but this didn't solve my problem.

Any help on this is really appreciated.
