I just got my Apple Watch 4 two days ago and I’m having trouble resetting it after it died

Hello I just got my Pple watch two days ago and I’m having trouble resetting it after it died. I put on power save and also charged overnight I tried to reset it and it did not. It’s stuck as if charging with a red bolt and black screen with green time. What do I have to do?
