Why am I not recieving my ITunes gift?

My sister recently sent me $35 in the form of a virtual gift card via iTunes Gift. However it’s been almost a full day and there’s been no sign of it. She’s constantly resent the gift and even changed the recipient, yet I haven’t gotten any email for it. We’ve used iTunes Gifts and it took approximately 2 minutes for the gift to come in. I’m not really sure how long to wait this time and I’ve even tried contacting support. Please help!

Hello yes, my sister has already contacted Apple support, but they weren’t able to do much other than giving the same instructions as what we have been doing previously. We tried just about every method possible that could maybe improve the situation, however we still haven’t received the gift card email and it’s been over a day!
