When I am at payment the autofill gives me two options (Card ending #### and Card ending %%%%) but both cards are obsolete how can I see what credit/debit are stored on my iPhone.
This is is and has nothing to do with Apple ID but on websites or apps. I’m given several options but the cards shown are duplicated and/or obsolete.
So so I want to manage the cards associated with my iPhone

That doesn’t solve the problem according to my Wallet and Apple Pay only my card is registered, which by the way is none of the cards listed in the second image. Out of all of the cards listed as options only the xxxx 9697 is my old card, the others are my wife’s card xxxx6134 ( old card ) and xxxxx1515 her current card. The other card is my daughters who used my phone to purchase some goods.

Try Settings>Safari>Auto Fill>Saved Credit Cards to see if that is where they are listed, and see if you can remove them from there.
