NEED GUIDANCE

iPhone X, it was given for repair on 18/01/19 had multiple intermediary / internal issues / discoloration .. not yet fixed by apple / nor taken possession of phone yet..being reason... paid for APP (extended warranty) during warranty period but terribly cheated by service provider (F1 INFO SOLUTIONS,Chennai, INDIA 600010) by not providing extension despite of Valid Transaction executed on warranted day ... bad day's since work not done by APPLE AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS as NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED DESPITE OF A VALID SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGMENT .. non-professional Apple INDIA customer care support team as well since no resolution arrived despite of every thing documented / recorded / spoken to literally 16 senior advisory's / noted & mailed on daily/timely basis to both APPLE Customer Care & Authorized Service Provider.. everything documented.. issue is getting prolonged / hindering my business activities and making me incur financial losses as well backed with social connectivity ....  

IMMEDIATE Assistance /Guidance required with a final resolution (need 1 year A.P.P. Re-Fixed Handset or NEW PHONE with 1 year)
