I need help!

I have bought my Iphone X in Mauritius in 2019 with Zeid's Telephone Shop. The user experience was smooth and i never got any problem. One week ago, i have encountered some problems - no service, cannot make any calls nor receive same, cannot update software. When someone buys an Iphone, he or she expects to have zero major issue for at least 3 years, especially the amount we pay. I have sent the phone to Leal Informatics and Communications in Mauritius, they say it is beyond repair. Please help urgently.
