Apple's built-in inbox has disappeared

If you had iCloud backup turned on before problems go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.

Set iPhone backup Over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back use backup from a few days ago before problems.
