import caption error final cut Pro

Trying to import captions created in Descript, but every time the file fails about four minutes in. it's an eleven minute video. I've looked at the text files but see no obvious errors in the format.

I've tried breaking up the file into the next 50 captions and the last captions and importing but the same error appears. Descript is looking at the caption file.
