Command + SPACE for language

I’m using a keyboard for my iPad and would like to switch languages like on my MacBook where I can press Command + SPACE. However on the iPad this brings up the Spotlight search instead. How can I edit or disable that? I’ve searching the settings and help but so far no luck....

It's not possible to change this for the iPad/iPhone, the keyboard switching shortcut is Control + Space instead. This has also been the default for new installs of Mac OS for a number of years now, but some users still have the old Command + Space inherited via their upgrade process. If you want them the same, you can change the one in Mac OS via system preferences/keyboard/shortcuts.
