Dropped my phone outside in a puddle and didn’t realize until 4 hours into my work shift that I didn’t have it , was on side on the road and got ran over... screen is shattered and has water damage, I’ve only had it for a month and haven’t bought Apple care on it , Can I buy it now and bring it in to get fixed ? Is it even going to be able to get fixed because of what happened to it ?

You cannot add an extended warranty once the original warranty has been voided, as yours has been by water damage. You can only add an extended warranty while still in warranty and with AppleCare+, also within 60 days of original purchase.
Similarly, you cannot add insurance after a disaster or damage. These things need to be purchased beforehand, not after something has happened that voids the warranty or negates coverage.

It would be fraud if you purchased AppleCare after damaging a product.
Probably should’ve added that I can still get Apple care plus, Can I not just buy it and then go in and get it repaired for the reduced price ?
