pressing the keyboard too hard

Hi I have a new mbp, so far I'm loving it. The only big concern I have is about the keyboard. A lot of reviewers says that their keyboards got broken in like less than a year. The mbp has recently gotten a new keyboard so I wanted to clarify if I press on it too hard will it break? because I have an old habit of pressing the keyboard way too hard when typing.
