Apple Repair

I got a repair from Apple. I sent my phone in and they got it two days later. They said they checked my phone and that there was nothing wrong with it. My phone has a HUGE crack on the back, and you can see inside of the phone. They said they're sending it back. What can I do now?

iPhone XR, 12

They said there was nothing wrong with it? Did they mean that it is functioning fine? As I understand it, the damage to the back that you show in the picture cannot be repaired. The only fix is to replace the phone. Because this is inflicted damage rather than a defect, you will have to pay the out-of-warranty replacement fee. In the USA, that is $399 for the XR. https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service
