How do I move my notes back into Outlook notes from iCloud notes?

I wanted to move my notes on my phone from one outlook account to another on my phone and what I ended up doing was moving all of my notes (more than 600 of them) to iCloud, which now does not show a simple way to move them back.

Can anyone show me how to move the information back.

I have lost almost 100 books or pdfs moving from my ipad 2 to ipad air 2 last year and it only seems to get worse for me. I feel like i have to download items to google first to make sure they are not lost to apple which then leaves me with duplicate items on the cloud all to insure it isn't lost to apple use only.

When I first started using apple (a long time ago) it was easy to move items into and out of apple, from pdf books to read on my apple reader iBooks to music files, now it is impossible.
