accidentally moved all notes in notes app from iCloud to Gmail

Novice user question. I somehow accidentally moved all my notes stored in iCloud to a folder named gmail in the Notes app. I think I lost a few notes in doing so as I noticed the note count was a few notes lower than it had been in iCloud.

Originally I believe all the notes were in both folders; iCloud and gmail. How do I copy everything back into iCloud without removing them from gmail? (As you know, this affected my iPhone 11 Pro Max and my iPad when I did this.

I want to learn how to be more in control of this app. Any suggestions of either an online article or a YouTube video that will help me to do this?

If you swipe from right to left on the note, you should see a folder icon. Use that to move them back to iCloud. Or you press hard on the note (haptic) which should bring up a mini-menu that shows Move.

OK, I was able to move a note from gmail to iCloud. I even created a subfolder under iCloud that I moved it to (just learned I could do that).

But I have 800 notes. Is there any way to move them all at once? I did that inadvertently once from iCloud to gmail. There must be a way to move them all back all at once??

As far as I know, there isn't any other easier way to mass migrate your notes as it pertains to your situation.
