iphone "voice memo" bandwidth

Decent voice recording really only needs 16kHz or so for the sampling bandwidth, but "Voice Recorder", I gather, can provide a lot more. Music needs 40kHz or more. I understand that for iOS12 audio settings there is a "normal" setting that is low, and an "uncompressed" setting that is high. I'd like some numbers on these. Numbers, please. Bits/sec, kHz, whatever. The issue is what setting is usable for music, and what setting, if any, is unusable for music.

If "Voice Memo" has a high sampling rate, it's a little funny that it is called "Voice", because voice doesn't need a high sampling rate.
